    Cancellation Policy:

     
    High Season ( 1 Nov -20 Dec & 21 Jan – 15 Apr )

    Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival date ,a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night rate charge will be applied.

    Peak Season ( 21 Dec – 20 Jan )

    Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total room charge will be applied.

    Low Season (16 Apr – 31 Oct )

    Cancellations made less than 7days prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night rate charge will be applied.

    No show Policy:

    1 Nov - 20 Dec & 21 Jan - 15 Apr: 1 night charge
    21 Dec – 20 Jan: whole period charge
    16 Apr - 31 Oct: 1 night charge
